Kveðjur frá Danmörku

Twice I have been driving around Iceland together white my husband, we have been staying at a lot of places, but the best place in whole Iceland is Skálinn in Myrkholti just between Geysir and Gullfoss, close to Thingvellir. It is a very central location for trips around the most wonderful part of Iceland.

Skálinn is a nice new place white god beds, bath and the best kitchen to cook in. The hosts are very open and friendly.

They also have the best horses for horseback riding, both for short and longer trips. I have been there twice to ride with the family, and will come back as soon as possible.
